Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that any of the flowers are unavailable, the florist will substitute with a similar flower in the same shape, style and colour to the same value.

Florists will in every instance create flowers that look as much like the picture as possible and are true to size and colour. Occasionally, our florists may have to substitute certain flowers due to availability, seasonality.

Our Florist will always substitute for something equal or higher value.
