Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum)

Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law.
The parties agree that the Victorian courts located in Australia, Victoria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.


Same day flower delivery is available on weekdays before 2pm, and on Saturdays before 10am AΕST/AΕDT ( Observing Daylight Saving Time where applicable. ) to metro and suburban towns. Same day delivery of items to Rural, Remote, Isolated or Unusual Areas may not be always be available.

In the highly unlikely event that your flowers are not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate your order.

In the event you have provided us a wrong address we are more than willing to redeliver your order with an additional $15.00 delivery charge. If the recipient is not at the delivery address that you have given, our expert couriers will do the best to leave the flowers in a safe location. If however we are unable to find a safe location our drivers will bring your order back to our florist shop. We will then attempt to contact the sender to arrange a new delivery time and date, in this situation we will charge an additional $15.00 delivery and admin fee.

Delivery of items to Rural, Remote, Isolated or Unusual Areas may incur an additional cost. If there is any additional delivery costs required we will notify you soon after purchase.

Delivery Times

Weekday deliveries are made during business hours (9am To 5.30pm) to business addresses and occasionally until 7pm to residential addresses and hospitals.

Saturday Deliveries are generally between 9am and 4.30pm but may also be later to residential addresses and hospitals.

Delivery on Sundays are not available, with the exception of Mothers Day.

Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee times of delivery’s. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the delivery notes field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Delivery of items to Rural & Outback locations may require up to an additional 2 business days for delivery.

Deliveries for items requiring additional time for delivery may be delivered earlier than anticipated due to 3rd party courier schedules.

Holiday Deliveries

Demand upon our resources during holiday periods is very high and we are unable to offer timed deliveries of any kind during certain periods.

Timed deliveries on all holiday dates are unavailable and thus we cannot guarantee specific am or pm delivery times on these days.

Holiday Deliveries are all accepted and delivered, but must be ordered by a certain date/time to guarantee delivery by the requested day. If orders are placed before the cut off date/time, orders will be delivered as requested.

Sunday Deliveries - Can be requested however due to Area Coverage and Florist Closures they are NOT guaranteed. We will however do our best to accommodate deliveries and orders will be delivered over the Saturday and Sunday of the holiday weekend.

Substitution Policy

Even though the utmost care is taken to make sure that the flowers you order at flowersales.com.au are what is actually delivered to the recipient, on some occasions, flowers are not available in all the cities all the time. In Smaller towns and cities the Exotic Flowers or rarer flowers such as peach coloured roses may not be available.

Many flowers are seasonably available and this may vary depending on the season and location. A particular flower may be available in Victoria in March but may not be available in Darwin due to the temperature. Sometimes, therefore, the florist may need to substitute one flower variety for another. But you will never be disappointed because all our florist adhere to the strict substitution guidelines which are detailed below:

With the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.


If there is any uncertainty as to the recipient's location or movements on the day, we recommend that the flowers be sent to their residential address. Redirections of deliveries will not be available on a holiday.


If you choose to cancel or alter your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund back to your credit card (less a $15.00 administration charge). We are unable to offer a refund on the day of dispatch as the flowers and gifts will already be on the way.


It is not normally policy to refund the price of the product. However, as every customer and gift is individual, (and therefore may require a decision on a case-by-case basis), please contact us so we can determine the best solution to the problem.
Flowersales is also able to provide other solutions, such as resending the gift, or resending a different gift of the same value.
The special requirements and concerns surrounding your order are unique. For that reason, we ask that you to send photos to email help@flowersales.com.au and call our Support Centre on 1300 794 262 to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to the flowers you have sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

Complaints Procedures

All complaints should be made to Flowersales via our e-mail at help@flowersales.com.au We will acknowledge all complaints within 5 working days and investigate the complaint immediately. We will keep you fully informed during the investigation and endeavor to resolve all disputes within a few days. If necessary a full refund or exchange will be offered.

Please be advised that this should be done within 24 hours from receipt of goods, so that Flowersales can arrange for a return and a credit refund on your purchase. Unfortunately we may be unable to assist with flower quality related complaints if they are not made within this specified time period.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order once received, please notify flowersales within 24 hours so we can investigate your order.
