Terms and Conditions

Access to and use of the Flowersales website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions and form the entire agreement between Flowersales and the user. Flowersales reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will become effective and binding immediately on the user. No terms and/or conditions sought to be imposed by the user shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions. By checking/ticking the appropriate box on the website, the user confirms they have fully read and understood and agree to these terms and conditions.


The entire contents of the Flowersales website, including software, is the property of Flowersales and subject to Copyright and Trademark Registrations and as such cannot be used, copied, disseminated etc without the direct written permission of the Copyright/Trademark owner.

Links to other websites are provided for your convenience, however they are beyond the control of the website owner and the user accesses these at their own risk. No representations or warranties are given by Flowersales as to the content in such links. User discretion applies.

Should Flowersales elect not to exercise any of its rights under these Terms and Conditions for breach by the user/sender, then any such exercising shall not constitute a waiver by Flowersales of any subsequent breach or breaches by the user/sender.


Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or any Policies and Notices of Flowersales (be it a whole term/clause or part thereof) be found to be unenforceable or invalid by a competent Court of the appropriate Jurisdiction in Victoria, Australia, then such provision shall be capable of severance and the remaining provision/s shall be unaffected and remain and continue to be in full force and effect.


Use of this website and all contents therein shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and Flowersales and the User agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Court in Victoria, Australia nominated by Flowersales and/or its Agents.



For Same Day Deliveries Orders (Monday to Friday)

Same Day delivery by Flowersales is available from Monday to Friday on orders placed prior to 2pm. AEDST/AEDST (Observing Daylight Saving where applicable), to major Towns and Cities throughout Australia. Monday to Friday deliveries are generally made during business hours (9am to 5.30pm) to business addresses and occasionally until 7pm to residential addresses and hospitals.

Orders Saturday

Same Day delivery by Flowersales is available on Saturday on orders placed prior to 10am. AEDST/AEDST (Observing Daylight Saving where applicable). to major Towns and Cities throughout Australia. Saturday deliveries are generally between 9am and 4.30pm but may also be later to residential addresses and hospitals.

Same Day Delivery Exclusions

Same day delivery to some Regional, Rural, Remote, Outback, Isolated or Unusual Areas may not always be available for the same day delivery. Flowersales will notify you with alternative delivery options if necessary.
Delivery of items to some Regional, Rural, Remote & Outback locations at times will require up to an additional 2 business days for delivery.

Same Day Delivery on Sundays

Delivery on Sundays is not available, with the exception of Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, you may request to have your order delivered Sunday but this is cannot be guaranteed and your order can be delivered a day prior if this is required to fulfil the delivery.

Urgent Deliveries

If your delivery is of an urgent nature, then please contact the team at Flowersales on 1300 794 262 so that we can check up-to-date delivery availability.

Delivery Times

For most orders placed you are able to select and request a morning (am) or afternoon (pm) delivery during normal business hours (9:00am to 5:30pm). Please select your preference or notify the Flowersales Team when placing your order.

Please note that whilst Flowersales offer the selection requesting your order to be delivered at a selected time preference, and we always do our utmost to accommodate your preference, please note it is not always possible to guarantee that these times can be adhered to, due to third party courier delivery time tables and schedules that are beyond our control.

Timed deliveries during peak trading days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas cannot be guaranteed, due to the a high level of demand upon our resources on these occasions.
We DO NOT guarantee delivery to the following timed events:
  • Funerals
  • Parties
  • Functions
  • Wedding Receptions

Deliveries for items requiring additional time for delivery may be delivered earlier than anticipated due to 3rd party courier times and delivery schedules.

Delivery Charges

Flowersales offers FREE DELIVERY to all areas that are listed as Capital cities, Metro and suburban locations main towns and selected regional locations. If your order is out of these areas, a Delivery Fee of $10 or more will apply.( as determined by the delivering florist) However, regional, rural and remote areas will require an additional delivery fee. This is due to the local courier delivery schedule listings for these selected delivery locations. We will notify you of the fee required.

Additional Delivery Charges

In the event you have provided us a wrong address, we are more than willing to re-deliver your order, however an additional $10.00 delivery charge will apply. You will need to provide us with the correct information for re-delivery.

If the recipient is not at the delivery address that you have provided, unless otherwise instructed by you, we will do our best to leave the flowers in a safe location at the nominated address. If however we are unable to find a safe location, we will bring your order back to the florist actioning your order. We will then attempt to contact you, the sender, to arrange a new delivery time and date. If this situation arises, an additional $15.00 delivery and administration fee will apply.

If an order requires to be redirected for delivery due to the recipient moving from the nominated delivery address at the time of delivery, an additional redirection fee of $10.00 will apply.

Holiday Deliveries

Timed deliveries during holiday periods (e.g. Easter, Christmas/New Year) are unavailable and thus we cannot guarantee specific am or pm delivery times during these periods.
Holiday period deliveries are all accepted and delivered, but must be ordered by a certain date/time to guarantee delivery by the requested day (please refer to website for details). If orders are placed before the cut off date/time, orders will be delivered as requested.

All prices for products listed on the website, are in Australian Currency.
If whilst you are perusing the website and your exact selection is unavailable, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at Flowersales on 1300 794 262 who will be happy to assist you with processing your order.
If you have selected a particular item that you would like to be delivered but would like the item selected to have an specific request regarding colour and/or a specific flower choice then please place your particular requirements in the special instructions area within the input area of your order and we will endeavour to accommodate your specific instructions (e.g. select an item with red roses, and in the special instructions request that the roses be mixed colours).

Substitution Policy

Designs illustrated through the website are for general guidance only. Contents for each product may vary due to regional and seasonal availability.

Whilst we endeavour to treat every flower order with the utmost care so as to ensure that the flowers selected are delivered, on occasions flowers may be not be available in some cities, towns all the time. Areas that are regional, rural or remote may require a variation in colour, type of flowers and containers, according to regional and seasonal availability. Occasionally the stem count and contents for each product will vary due to regional availability and prices for that area being of a higher selection.
Please note that certain flower types are available in different states, locations throughout Australia in different seasons. Therefore, on occasion, our experienced florists may need to substitute one flower variety for another. But you can be reassured that our florists adhere to the strict substitution guidelines which is:
"With the gift you've selected, our experienced florists will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will substitute only fresh flowers of equal or higher value.”

Quality Assurance

Flowersales will always endeavour to offer you high quality fresh flowers and/or gifts delivered via professionally qualified and highly experienced florists located throughout Australia.
Product quality complaints relating to the quality should be notified to our Customer Quality Assurance Team via phone on 1-300-794-262 or email within 72 hours of delivery, due to the perishable nature of flowers. A photo is strongly recommended so that our Customer Quality Assurance Team can endeavour to resolve your complaint. If the complaint is regarding a non-perishable (add-on item) such as chocolates, balloons, teddy bears and/or wine and if any of these items are received missing, incorrect, faulty or damaged, notification must be within 30 days of the delivery. If any (add-on item) is missing, incorrect, faulty or damaged we will deliver the item at no cost to the sender.
Non-delivery complaints, must be notified to Flowersales within 30 days (1 month) of the delivery date.

Delivery of Alcohol

Yes, Flowersales can deliver alcohol with your selected flower and/or gift order, however you must be aged 18 or older at the time you place the order. By placing the order to include alcohol, you warrant to Flowersales that you are aged 18 or older and accept that you will be fully liable for any false statement in this regard including being liable for any losses and expenses incurred or suffered by Flowersales in doing so.

Whilst Flowersales will attempt to complete the order as requested, occasionally due to circumstances and/or restrictions beyond the control of Flowersales we cannot guarantee the delivery of alcohol. Such restrictions include, but are not limited to, age restrictions, Country and/or State laws and regulations, Religious beliefs and the local florist’s unavailability to access alcohol due to their location.

Returns Policy

Product quality complaints relating to flower quality should be notified to our Customer Quality Assurance Team via phone on 1-300-794-262 or email within 72 hours of delivery, due to the perishable nature of flowers. Missing Items
- if you placed a flower order and selected an add-on item such as chocolates, wine, balloons, teddy bear and the add-on item selected was missing from the delivery, we here at Flowersales will replace and redeliver such an add-on item at no cost to the sender.  If the sender requires a refund for such an add-on item this can be requested and processed once approved by Flowersales.


Once you have placed an order and if for any reason an order needs to be cancelled and refunded, please contact Flowersales on 1300-794-262 so we can assist. If you choose to cancel or alter your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund back to your credit card (less a $15.00 administration charge).
If your order has been made up by the delivering florist, but has not yet been dispatched for delivery, it can be cancelled and a refund will apply, however it will incur a cancellation fee of $15.00.
If your order has already been made up by the delivering florist and has been dispatched for delivery, the order cannot be cancelled and a refund is not applicable.

Orders approved by Flowersales for a full or partial refund, will be processed by Flowersales within 3-5 business days of Flowersales approving the refund. Refunds are processed to the credit card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase by the sender.  If you request a refund you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
