Delivered products may exhibit some variations due to seasonal or local availability of blooms/products particularly during peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas. If this occurs we will fulfil the order to equal value if the selected flowers/products are unavailable.
Please note that weekday deliveries are made during business hours (9am To 5.30pm) to business addresses and sometimes up to 7pm to residential addresses and hospitals. Deliveries on Saturdays are usually between 9am and 4.30pm but may also be later to residential addresses and hospitals.
While you may suggest a preferred delivery time e.g. morning or afternoon, we unfortunately cannot guarantee an actual delivery time excluding funeral deliveries where we will ensure delivery prior to the service time or contact you if this cannot be achieved.
